5 Tips for a Healthier Pregnancy

1) Healthy eating
Eating for 2 can be demanding and healthy eating can be challenge. Try to avoid processed foods – anything from a factory or box. Instead Focus on a diet rich in whole foods (Choosing organic when possible). Enjoy daily servings of vegetables and some seasonal fruits along with high quality proteins such as cold water fish, lean meats, wild game, raw nuts. Wild rice, quinoa and millet are great grain options. And Be sure to have some healthy fat throughout the day by cooking with Coconut oil, olive oil and pastured butter.
